Terms and Conditions

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) is to define the terms of subscription, payment, and access to the service for the keypop application, published by keypop SAS, a company registered with the RCS under number 945236925, whose head office is located in Montpellier, France.

1. Purpose

keypop is a desktop application (macOS, Windows, Linux) allowing its users to automate and execute AI prompts in their applications. The application offers a free version as well as optional paid features.

2. Access to the Service

Access to keypop requires: - Creating a user account, - Accepting these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy. Access to basic features is free. Access to advanced features requires subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Terms

For paid features, the user can subscribe to a monthly or annual plan. Renewal is automatic unless canceled before the expiration date via the personal account. Payments are processed via a secure third-party provider.

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Dollars ($), inclusive of all taxes. keypop SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will only apply to future renewals.

5. Refund Policy

No refund policy is provided for started periods. The user remains liable for the subscription amount for the committed period. For any major technical difficulties, support can be contacted at: contact@keypop.io

6. Termination

The user can cancel their paid subscription at any time from their account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the keypop account results in the permanent loss of data associated with the account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and graphic elements of the keypop application are the exclusive property of keypop SAS. The user remains the owner of the prompts they create and the content they generate.

9. Applicable Law – Competent Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Montpellier, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
