Does the AI really run on my computer?
Yes. The model and voice dictation run on your PC. Even in flight mode, Keypop works.
Is my computer powerful enough?
Keypop adapts to your machine. On a recent computer, almost everything runs on local AI. On a more modest machine, sovereign cloud AI takes over for heavy tasks (Pro plan).
What is sovereign cloud AI?
For very large documents: an AI hosted in Paris by a French provider certified HDS and ISO 27001. The connection is encrypted and nothing is kept after the reply.
Where does my writing go?
Nowhere. Your settings stay on your computer. Keypop doesn’t collect your writing or use it to train an AI.
Which apps does it work in?
Anywhere you write: Word, Outlook, Gmail, your browser, your business software. Keypop is available on Windows and Linux; macOS is on the way.
Can I change the shortcut?
Yes. Alt + K by default, and you can change it in the settings.
